GreenStar2 Rate Controller

GS2 Rate Controller

The GS2 Rate Controller is a component that will allow the GS2 display to
integrate with many pull-type sprayers to accomplish:

• Automatic Spray Rate Control
• On-screen Mapping
• Field Documentation
• Map Based Prescriptions
• Guidance (activation required for AutoTrac)
• Swath Control Pro (activation required)

The GS2 Rate Controller replaces the Raven SCS 440 or 450 normally found in pull-type sprayer operations, and consists of the following:
• Rate Controller flexbox with protective cover
• Master spray foot switch
• Harness to connect the flexbox to the pre-existing Raven harness found on the
sprayer and  the implement connector on the tractor
• Optional switchbox

Benefits:
• Reduces cab clutter for customers who currently have a GS2 for guidance and documentation,
and a Raven controller for rate control
• Minimizes spray overlap when combined with Swath Control Pro software activation

Requirements:
• GS2 Display and GS• 2 Rate Controller kit
• GreenStar Ready Vehicle or GreenStar Harness with ISO Implement Connector
   - ISO Implement Connectors can be ordered from parts as RE174725 (Row Crop) or
     RE174726 (Four Wheel Drive)
• StarFire iTC or original StarFire Receiver (necessary for on-screen mapping, guidance,
documentation, prescriptions and Swath Control Pro)
   - Note: AutoTrac requires StarFire receiver
   - Note: If receiver is not used, then tractor must be equipped with radar
• Compatible Sprayer
   - Raven 440/450 Compatible, up to 10 boom sections
• Note: Hardi compatibility will be delayed for additional testing. An additional kit will be required
  for Hardi compatibility.
