Mission Statement
Customer satisfaction has always been and will
continue to be the number one priority for B.E.
Implement. This objective requires that we exhaust
every available resource to insure 100% satisfaction
in all our departments: parts, service and whole
goods sales.
We provide our customers with only the best
equipped, certified factory-trained technicians,
along with an extensive parts inventory and coupled
with experienced, knowledgeable parts personnel.
Whole Goods sales play a vital role in expanding and
maintaining our market share. The implementation of
a customer service representative to aggressively
pursue new customers and to profile existing
customers has provided data useful in determining the
needs and desires in our trade territory.
The accounting department sets the tone of the
dealership with the all-important first contact with
customers and potential customers. Courteous,
efficient and professional handling of telephone
calls, accounting questions, and the smooth flow of
paperwork for the entire dealership are essential
elements of success.
B.E. Implement, through constant attention to
details, education, and the honing of management
skills, has distinguished itself not only with the
local community, but also within the John Deere
community. We pledge to maintain this level of
